Refund policy
At Our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return and refund process.
Returns:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
To start a return, please contact us at mdrigan36@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, sale items, and personal care products cannot be returned.
